West Coast Timeshare Ltd was
one of the first Canadian timeshare development companies
formed by people who have their backgrounds
in timeshare and their fingers on the pulse of the industry. From
1994 to 1999, West Coast successfully completed the sell-out of
the
52-suite timeshare portion of the Mountainside Lodge in Whistler,
welcoming over 2,000 happy members in the process. While establishing
itself as a company with the highest moral and business standards,
the principals of West Coast never wavered from their desire to
offer the world’s first urban and resort timeshare
club.
In June 1999, Point to Point Destinations was launched, offering
locations in Canada’s timeshare hotbed of Whistler, the very
first urban timeshare in Canada in downtown Vancouver and in 2000,
Canada’s second urban timeshare in historic Victoria. In
2002, West Coast commenced offering the first RCI Points conversion
broker
services to members of Holiday Park Resort in Kelowna, Canada,
followed closely by the addition of both Whistler Vacation Clubs
at Lake Placid
Lodge and Twin Peaks in Whistler, Canada and Panorama Resort in
Panorama, Canada. West Coast Timeshare is the only RCI Points Master
Conversion
Broker in all of Canada.
In 2003, Profit Magazine recognized West Coast as one of Canada’s
top 200 fastest growing companies, and in 2005 placed West Coast
in Profit’s prestigious Next 100 Fastest Growing Companies
List.

West Coast Vacations Ltd.,
a Washington State Corporation founded in 1996, is
one of the fastest growing divisions of the West Coast
Group of Resort Companies. Operating actively and
expanding rapidly throughout the United States, West
Coast Vacations is also both a timeshare developer
and RCI Points Master Conversion Broker.

Point to Point Destinations (1999), a California-registered
non-profit mutual benefit corporation, is an Association
of timeshare members. All purchasers of Point to Point
Destinations timeshare offered by West Coast Timeshare
Ltd. (Canada) and West Coast Vacations Ltd. (USA)
automatically become voting members of Point to Point
and ultimately the benefactors of all urban and resort
property registered to it by both West Coast entities.
