Details of Participation in The 2008-2009 Lucky Traveler Contest Draw:

No purchase necessary to enter or to redeem prizes. To enter and be eligible for the draw(s), an entry form must be fully completed and placed in a contest entry box, or a fully completed on-line entry submitted at www.canucks.com/lucky or www.ptpdestinations.com/luckytraveler prior to the draw date(s) specified. Contest opens September 2, 2008. Contest closes September 1, 2009. Contest is open to all residents of Canada (except Quebec) and the United States. Contestants must be age 21 years or older and possess a valid drivers licence and credit card. One entry per household.

There are 10 Major Prizes and 4 Secondary Prizes.

Major Prize draw dates are Oct. 1/08, Oct. 15/08, Nov. 17/08, Dec. 1/08, Dec. 15/08, Jan. 06/09, Jan. 26/09, Feb. 09/09, Feb. 20/09, Mar. 09/09. Winners of the Major Prize draws will be provided 2 tickets to a designated Vancouver Canucks 2008-2009 home game. If a winner resides outside of the Vancouver, British Columbia, Lower Mainland, winner will also receive 1-night accommodations for 2 people on the designated game day. Winner is solely responsible for arranging his or her own transportation to and from Vancouver, B.C., Canada. During the designated game, winner will be given the opportunity to participate in a live in-game contest in which the winner will be required to answer a skill testing question in order to win a trip for 2 including return airfare from Vancouver, BC and 2 night’s accommodations. Each Major Prize trip destination to be won will be 1 of 10 locations within either Canada or the continental United States. Game dates are chosen by authorized Vancouver Canucks Sports & Entertainment staff and are subject to change. Destination to be won will be announced at the time of the in-game contest. Reservations for flights and accommodations are on a space-available basis and must be made no less than 90 days in advance of the desired date of departure. Retail value of each Major Prize is approximately $1600.00 CAD.

Secondary Prize draw dates are Dec. 15/08, Mar. 31/09, June 30/09, Sept. 30/09. Each Secondary Prize consists of 2 nights accommodation in Vancouver B.C., the use of a new GM vehicle for 3 days, and 2 tickets to a 2009 or 2010 Vancouver Canucks regular season home game. Canucks tickets will be selected from a list of designated games. Retail value of each Secondary Prize is approximately $1,100.00 CAD. Reservations for accommodations are on a space-available basis and must be made at least 14 days in advance of the desired date of arrival. Use of the GM vehicle is subject to the agreement set out by Dueck Chevrolet Oldsmobile Cadillac Limited, must be used in conjunction with accommodation reservation dates and within the province of British Columbia only. The driver of the vehicle must be age 25 years or over and hold a valid drivers licence.

All prizes provided by Vancouver Canucks Sports & Entertainment, Odenza Marketing Group Inc., Dueck Chevrolet Oldsmobile Cadillac Limited and West Coast Timeshare Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Point to Point Destinations”.) The winners of the Major Prizes and Secondary Prizes will be notified by telephone on the next business day following the draw date(s) and will be required to answer a skill testing question. Major prize trip destinations will be designated by Point to Point Destinations. Winners of the Major Prizes will be required to report to Canucks game operations staff by a specified time failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Major Prize without any right of redemption. Winners have 1 year from the date of draw to use flight, vehicle and accommodation prizes. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and are not convertible to cash except for the use of the GM vehicle which may be substituted with a cash prize of $300.00 CAD. at the option of Point to Point Destinations. A reservation confirmation in the form of a valid credit card imprint will be required for booking flights, accommodations and vehicle. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries to the contest by a non-participating individual authorized by Point to Point Destinations at Point to Point Destinations’ office at 877 Hamilton St., Vancouver B.C. on the draw dates. Contestants do not need to be present at the time of the draw. Winner names may be obtained by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope to List of Winners, c/o Point to Point Destinations, 877 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, B.C., V6B 2R7. Winners agree to assume responsibility for any applicable federal, provincial, state or local taxes, ground transportation, airport levies, aviation security charges, transfers, insurance, meals, gratuities, and related costs of prize. Odds of winning a Major Prize or a Secondary Prize are based on the number of entries received to all versions of this contest and cannot be determined in advance. Employees of Vancouver Canucks Sports & Entertainment, Point to Point Destinations, West Coast Timeshare Ltd., Odenza Marketing Group Inc., and Dueck Chevrolet Oldsmobile Cadillac Limited are not eligible for this contest. Vancouver Canucks Sports & Entertainment, Point to Point Destinations, West Coast Timeshare Ltd., Odenza Marketing Group Inc., Dueck Chevrolet Oldsmobile Cadillac Limited, and sponsors of the prizes, their agents and employees are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind associated with the acceptance or use of any prize nor are they responsible for any lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries. The personal information you provide when entering the contest will be used only by (and disclosed to) West Coast Timeshare Ltd. and its affiliated marketing partners and only to enhance marketing of their products to you. By entering, permission is granted and consent is given to the sponsors to collect, use and disclose personal information for the purposes of informing you about the products and services offered by the sponsors. Winners and traveling companions must sign standard releases waiving liability and agree to the use of pictures, names and statements for further promotional purposes without entitlement to any compensation. Winners will be required to collect prize(s) in person, and to have photos taken, at 877 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, B.C. within 3 weeks following draw date. The jurisdiction for any conflict arising from this program shall be Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and this program is subject to the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. In the event the selected entrants do not accept prize(s) in writing within 21 days of the draw date, another contest entrant will be chosen.
